Standing Crunches On Lat Pulley - Images
1. Stand in opposite direction under the lat pulley machine. Hold the bar, according to your shoulder
width, slowy bend forward and squeeze your abs while exhaling.
2. After a little pause, go back to the starting position as you inhale.
4. Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions.
NOTE: Dont put heavy weight, light-medium weight would be fine.
