The Workout Split ///
Your weight training schedule will be 3 days WEIGHT TRAINING, 1 days OFF and 2 day WEIGHT TRAINING and 1 day OFF. That means that if you do weight training on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, then take rest on Thursday, then you will train again on Friday and Saturday, then rest on Sunday. You'll keep repeating this pattern for all 6-12 weeks.
Your weight training workouts will be split into;
MONDAY - Chest
TUESDAY - Back
WEDNESDAY - Arms & Abs
FRIDAY - Shoulders
SATURDAY - Legs
Your weight training workouts will generally go between 60 and 75 minutes to ensure you get a complete workout.
