8 Great Reasons to Drink Water
By Guru Mann

We all know that water is good for us, but often the reasons are a little fuzzy. And even if we
know why we should drink water, it's not a habit that many people form.
But there are some very powerful reasons to drink lots of water every day, and forming the

than fat. People who are more muscular (and have a lower percentage of body fat) are said to
have a higher metabolism than others that are less muscular.......

EACH one of us has different size, body shape and metabolic make up. So there can never be
a diet which fits us all.
Our diets have to be tailored to our individual body types too. In fact, the best way to
maximise the body’s potential is to customise your diet as well as fitness plan to your body
type. Some of us fall into three basic types: endomorph, mesomorph, or ectomorph.
And, the rest of us are a mix of two body types. There are no tests to tell you about your body
type. Your trainer is the best person to ask........
