The Workout Split ///

Your weight training schedule will be 4 days ARMS TRAINING, 2 days Biceps and 2 day Triceps. Two biceps day further split into one MASS day and second DEFINITION day, Triceps split will be same as biceps: one for MASS and second for DEFINITION. In MASS we are doing heavy weight with rep range 8 and rest period 90secs and in DEFINITION we are using medium weights with 16reps and rest periods 45seconds. You can add this ARMS program with any of your existing workout routine You'll keep repeating this pattern for all about 8  weeks. 

Your weight training workouts will be split into;
  MONDAY - Biceps MASS
  TUESDAY - Triceps MASS
  THURSDAY - Biceps DEFINITION
  FRIDAY - Triceps DEFINITION

Your weight training workouts will generally go between 60 and 75 minutes to ensure you get a complete workout.
